Please keep in mind that these are handmade products. Each piece is unique, making your set one-of-a-kind! Minor imperfections and differences in wood grains are normal. Earrings with a clear resin, that involve pieces like gold/silver flakes inside, will settle in different places inside the resin.

Shipping Info

We offer international and domestic shipping. For domestic shipping, orders over $35 ship for free for a limited time. You can find a list of the international countries we ship to in our Store Policy.

Location:

We are located on the island of Guam, therefore, packages will ship from Guam.

Shipping Options:

We offer three shipping options through USPS: Economy, Standard, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

Tracking numbers:

Each order placed will receive its own tracking number. You can use your tracking number to track your package on the USPS website in the "Search and Track Packages" section found on the home page. For any additional concerns once your package is shipped, please contact your local postal service.

Shipping rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The rate will depend on the distance, the weight of the package, and which shipping option you choose.

Processing:

Once you've placed your order, it can take approximately 1-3 business days to process it for shipping. However, most orders ship out the next day.

Orders placed on days that new collections become available may take approximately 2-4 business days to process.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping time is approximately 1-2 business days on Guam and approximately 5-7 business days to the US. For international shipping times, please refer to your tracking number that you will receive once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

BHB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Once we transfer a package to the shipping company, it is their responsibility to make sure it is delivered.

Refund Info

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For items that arrive damaged, we offer store credit or refund when contacted within 7 business days of arrival and receive proof of damaged merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please fill out our Contact Form about any damaged items.

Please note: For items that arrive damaged and were purchased as discounted items, items purchased with a discount code, or clearance items will only be given store credit at the discounted rate.
