At Brown Heritage Boutique, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to health and safety considerations, we have specific return policies in place, including a provision related to earrings and hair accessories.
General Return Policy
1.1 Non-jewelry Items:
We accept returns on non-jewelry items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team at hello@brownheritageboutique.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Earrings & Hair Accessories (Health and Safety):
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or hair accessories.
This policy is in place to protect our customers' well-being, as earrings and hair accessories come into direct contact with the skin, earlobes, and scalp.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, including materials used and measurements, before making an earring or hair accessory purchase.
1.3 Digital Products
Digital products are final sale. We do not accept any returns, or offer refunds for digital products.
Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the resolution process.
2.2 Exceptions:
Please keep in mind that these are handmade products. Each piece is unique, making your set one-of-a-kind! Minor imperfections and differences in wood grains are normal. Earrings with a clear resin, that involve pieces like gold/silver flakes inside, will settle in different places inside the resin. Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural imperfections will not be considered damaged, making the item unavailable for returns and refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
3.1 Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs, including initial shipping and return shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Changes to the Return Policy
Brown Heritage Boutique reserves the right to make changes to this return policy without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
